Bronze Qualifier…
Ok, this is what you have all been working towards all year. You need to be at James Gillespies for 8 am on Saturday morning. Please do not be late as we will not be hanging around waiting.
Your kit has now been issued and you alll know what you are responsible for. Have a think about what you need to take for your personal equipment. Hats, gloves, sunhat, sunscreen, midge net/repellent, washing-up kit, e.t.c. These are just some examples of items that were forgotten on the Practice expedition. Please remember water – 2 litres is the minimum for each day!
Purposework – The reason for the expedition. Please think about what you need to do for your purposework. What tasks need to be carried out? At what point on the route will they be done? Who is responsible for what? Remember – the work has to be carried out this weekend.
Looking forward to next weeks’ meeting: Please remember your £2.00 for the lost kit and the return of ALL your kit from the expedition.
