Some of you have asked for a replacement equipment booking form. To reduce the cost to both the group and the environment we have made the decision not to reissue paper forms.
Please download a copy of the equipment booking form here to print and return or, if you do not have access to a printer discuss this with other members of you team and ask if anyone can print or photocopy of the form for you. Failing this a list of your requirement will be accepted.
Bronze Expedition packs containing dates, costs and consent forms have now been handed out. If you have been absent over the last few weeks and not been able to collect a pack please speak to one of the leader team at the next Tuesday meeting.
Consent forms and payment must reach us by 31st March.
Failure to return both consent forms will lead to your inability to take part in the expeditions.
